FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Why are all or most of your products pre-order?
    Because we're currently a made-to-order business model, we only stock what's been paid for in full. So not to worry, place your order and it will be made specially just for you! If we have surplus items it will be visible as being in-stock.
  • When will I receive my order?
    Due to being a made-to-order platform order dates may vary, but we're constantly working to make sure your order arrives as quickly as possible!
  • My order hasn't arrived, HELP!?
    We make use of PostNet and other third parties to make our deliveries. Once the product has been handed over to them they become liable for it to reach our beloved customers, but rest assured, we will assist wherever we can to get to the bottom of it.
  • I ordered a product but it hasn't been shipped yet?
    We're a made-to-order company so to keep costs low and to offer our customers affordable products we process multiple orders at a time. Sit tight, we'll be sending out to you as soon as we can!
  • How do I pay for my order?
    At the moment we use an EFT system but we'll be adding Debit/Credit card and Apple pay options soon!
  • I'm struggling to order through the site?
    Not a problem! Drop us an email with your order instead and we'll take it from there.
  • What does "Post Production" mean under the Shipping options?
    Since we're currently made-to-order, seeking local manufacturers who support their communities, we don't have any physical stock on hand. So what "post production" means is that once the product has been produced and handed over to us, the shipping clock starts. But best believe we'll be doing everything we can to make sure you get your order in no time!
